• • There is no charge for a child under the age of 2, who sleeps in a baby cot, also provided without an extra charge.
• • There is no charge for a child between the ages of 2 and 10, who sleeps in an extra bed, also provided without an extra charge.
• • There is space for only one extra bed/baby cot per residence.

cancellation policy

• • For any cancellation up to 30 days prior to the arranged arrival date, no charge is made and the deposit is refunded in full.
• • For cancellations or modifications between 30 and 21 days prior to arrival, no charge is made but the deposit is not refunded.
• • For cancellations or modifications 21 days prior to arrival or less, 100% of the total reservation amount will be charged.
• • Early departure & no show are charged in full.

non refundable offer cancellation policy

• • The total amount of the reservation will be charged at the time of the confirmation of the booking. No modifications or cancellations are allowed.

payment policy

• • In order to guarantee the booking a deposit of 30% of the total stay is required, via credit card or wire bank transfer, upon reservation. In case of a 3 night stay or less the deposit will be 1 night. The remaining amount should be settled upon check out.
